It is very important that we have a daily exercise routine not only to keep us fit and healthy, but to keep our mind clear from any kind of stress and unwanted thoughts. Physical activities will help the individual a lot to achieve optimum physical, mental and spiritual health. So, start planning your preferred exercise that will not bore you and stick to the idea that it has to be part of my daily routine.

4. Reduce your daily calories. It isn’t necessary to starve yourself. You can even eat six small meals a day to keep hunger at bay and keep your metabolism ramped up. However, you should monitor your serving sizes and eat food that is lower in calories so that your calorie total at the end of the day is lower than it has been.

5. Keep a journal. Write down your diet plan so you see it every day and know what your goal for the day is. Write down your exercise goals and chart your progress. When you see your diet plan in front of you in black and white it helps solidify it in your mind. When you see your progress it will spur you on to greater achievements.
